Dave owns the place and takes pride in the beers he chooses for his taps.  He tries to have an excellent variety of domestic and imported brews and even installed a beer engine for cask ales.

Since he can't keep everything on draft, he also has a nice bottle selection for those brews not often available on draft.

He's a damn good cook, too.
